Manufacturing Process
Paste Preparation
We produce our own stoneware paste with its exclusive formula guaranteeing constant supply. In this section the different raw materials are mixed according to the composition defined by the lab.
Shaping
We use three different industrial processes for shaping the pieces. Depending on their shape, we use the most suitable machine to shape them correctly.
Glazing
The glazing process consists of applying glass to the pieces coming out from the dryers or isostatic presses, by spraying them in circular machines.
Firing
We use a single-fire process with heat recovery equipments respecting environment and rational use of natural gas.
Selection
All our products are individually inspected by our staff and in most cases by external inspectors hired by customers.

We provide several packaging solutions according to our customers needs and legal requirements.
